Position Control units Omron CS-series are the special unit of Omron PLCs CS series to control Servo driver or Stepping motor in making position. This position control units. Connecting GP3000 with Omron PLCs C/V Series

To connect the Digital Proface GP3000 with Omron PLCs C/CV series, required setting of communication parameter between them. Two kinds of software needed to perform these setting.

1. Omron CX Programmer, to set the PLC communication parameter.
2. GP-Pro EX, to set GP3000 series communication parameter.

PLC type to be used as an example is the Omron C200HG. Communication will be done via the RS232C port on the CPU unit.
