POPCOM Windows is software for Yamaha robot. With this software we can create, editing program, point position teaching an so on.
This application software is equipped with simple function that will be easy for operation. The following types of controller that can be controlle by this application software are:
SRC, SRCA, SRCH, SRCH-3, ERC, DRC, DRCA, DRC-R, DRCH, DRCH-E, TRC(3 axes), TRCH(4 axes), ERCX/SRCX, DRCX, TRCX(2 axes), TRCX(3 axes), TRCX(4 axes), SRCP, SRCD, ERCD, SR1-X, SR1-P.
System Requirements:
- Operating system: MS Windows version 3.1 or higher.
- Computer type: using 80386 or higher processor.
- Memory : more than 4 MB
- Hard disk : more than 2MB
- CD ROM : higher than four times speed
- Serial port: 1 port for connecting with controller
- Controller : adaptable controller ERCD/ERCX/SR1-P/SR1-X/DRCX/TRCX.
The type of serial communication cable for the POPCOM Windows is POPCOM-SSC-1-3L.

There are two types of based pin numbethe robot via computer.
rs and maker,

1. by IBM 9-25 pin
2. by NEC 25-25 pin
And about the length of cable is 3.5 meters and 5 meters.
